Barista

POSITION SUMMARY

The Barista is the heart of our café — crafting drinks to spec, moving with speed and precision during rushes, and making every guest feel welcome. If you take pride in a well-pulled shot and a perfectly steamed latte, we'd love to meet you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to Marché Bleu's exact recipe standards

• Greet and engage guests warmly, creating a genuine hospitality experience from order to pickup

• Maintain a clean, organized bar station throughout the shift

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and shelf-life guidelines

• Restock and rotate café supplies, syrups, milk, and pastry case items as needed

• Communicate clearly with teammates during high-volume periods to keep tickets moving

• Support opening and closing duties as assigned

• Uphold dress code, conduct, and attendance standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous barista or coffee shop experience preferred, but we're happy to train the right person

• A genuine love of hospitality and a warm, guest-first attitude

• Able to stay calm, focused, and accurate during busy rushes

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

• Comfortable being on your feet for a full shift in a fast-paced environment
