Cashier

POSITION SUMMARY

The Cashier is often the first and last person our guests interact with — setting the tone for their whole visit. This role blends guest service, register accuracy, and product knowledge across our café, market, and wine offerings.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through orders across café, market, and wine selections

• Operate the register accurately, handling cash, card, and gift card transactions

• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and follow all cash-handling procedures

• Answer guest questions about products, pricing, and promotions

• Keep checkout and market display areas clean, stocked, and well-presented

• Support baristas and the floor team during busy periods

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling market items

• Uphold dress code, conduct, and attendance standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with guests

• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in handling money and transactions

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

• Comfortable being on your feet for a full shift in a fast-paced environment
