1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using YieldAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@getyieldai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. The service
YieldAI provides analytics, forecasting, scheduling, ordering, and related back-office automation features for restaurant operators. Features may be added, modified, or removed over time as the service evolves.
4. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions only if you explicitly opt in. You may cancel a Starter or Growth plan at any time from the in-product settings. Enterprise plans are governed by an order form.
5. Your data
You retain all rights, title, and interest in the data you connect to or upload into YieldAI. We process your data solely to operate the service for you and for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train models for other operators.
6. Automated actions and autonomy
YieldAI offers Suggest, Co-pilot, and Auto-pilot modes per workflow. Promoting a workflow to Co-pilot or Auto-pilot is explicit and reversible by you at any time. You are responsible for reviewing the guardrails configured for each workflow and for any actions executed within those guardrails.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse YieldAI: no unauthorized access, no reverse engineering, no abuse of automated endpoints, no unlawful use, and no submission of malicious content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Third-party integrations
YieldAI integrates with third-party services (such as POS, HR, accounting, and payment providers). Use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YieldAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
11. Termination
You may stop using YieldAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law. On termination, your data will be retained for a reasonable period to allow export, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our retention policies.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice via email or in-product banner.
